Palas Cerequio

Palas Cerequio

There is a place where everything has been conceived to be experienced and savored peacefully in the heart of a great Barolo vineyard between past and future. Blending tradition and modern technology, Michele Chiarlo and family have restored an ancient village, Palas Cerequio, a "small world" that celebrates the culture of the prestigious Italian wine connected to the Piedmontese Baroque style. Palas Cerequio features nine exclusive suites, all different one another, equipped with modern comforts and luxury amenities. Four suites, located in the manor house, enjoy a traditional baroque style, while the five "Future" suites are coolly minimalist, with natural materials and in-room saunas and Jacuzzis. Palas Cerequio’s restaurant, open for lunch and dinner, offers an extensive menu of local dishes as well as delicious fish dishes, carefully prepared with fresh ingredients. Guests are welcomed to experience a fun cooking lesson hand-on guided by Chef Vincenzo La Corte and learn how to prepare a typical Piedmontese meal. Meals at Palace Cerequio will be accompanied by selected local wines by Michele Chiarlo. The resort features an outdoor pool, flat-screen satellite TV and steam room or sauna in some of the suites.
