Le Langhe

Join us on our unique Le Langhe Food & Wine Private Tour.

UNESCO has recently awarded our area of Piedmont, World Heritage Status, specifically for the beautiful  "Vineyard Landscapes of Monferrato, Langhe and Roero". This is the region that produces some of the best wines in Italy: Barbaresco, Barbera, Gavi, Arneis, and 'The King of Wines' Barolo. Stay for four days at Boscareto Resort & Spa or at the elegant Castello di Guarene, surrounded by flourishing vineyards, and tour Le Langhe and Roero leaded by  our professional guides. This pacific area is ideal for those who wish to enjoy total relax, mouthwatering local food and unparalleled wines surrounded by uncontaminated nature.

When the sun goes down, meet Beppe our “trifulau” and his cute little dog Luna (moon), who perfectly understands Piedmontese dialect and begin your search for some “Magnatum Pico” - truffles - this will be undoubtedly one of your most memorable moments in Piedmont. The next day enjoy a food and wine tour among the rolling hills of this infinite wine region and admire an unrivaled landscape pinpointed by medieval castles and towers. Visit exclusive boutique wineries, whose owners will proudly show you their ancient cellars and vineyards and taste their esteemed wines. Some of the enchanting Castles in Le Langhe serve mouthwatering local food, so your lunch or dinner will be booked in a castle. You can choose your preferred mean of transport: it could be a luxury chauffeured car, a vintage “Ape Car” or even your own feet!

Hiking is in! So put your boots on and, with our local guide, native of Le Langhe, uncover the most pristine places on this corner of this paradise. Meet the locals, visit their cheese factories and enjoy a picnic based on superb local specialties, accompanied by top wines. Alba & Asti are also worth a visit. Walking through the Alba’s city center, you will visit some traditional food shops and produce market  and taste mouthwatering local delicacies including different kinds of cheese, artisan breadsticks, gourmet products based on truffles, hazelnut cake and, of course, more wine. The city, surrounded by ancient Roman walls, has many Gothic and Baroque churches, Medieval towers and Roman ruins to admire. While  wandering around Asti’s narrow paved streets marvel at the dazzling noble palaces, the impressive Cathedral and the old Jewish ghetto.
