Archeo-Gastronomic Tour

During this comfortable excursion on the track of the bygone flavours and traditions of the Lattari mountains, enjoy the most enchanting natural scenery of the Sorrentine Peninsula while we drive to the centre of Arola, a charming town located at the foot of MT. Faito. Once there, the first stop will be into a typical dairy to watch the making of mozzarella di Bufala and discovering all the secrets that have made it a unique cheese famous throughout the world.

The visit will be followed by a tasting session. Our timeless trip into the local traditions continues with a guided visit of Tony’s cellars and its a handsome panoramic farm. Grab the opportunity to sample Tony’s wines together with a buffet style lunch based on the local products. As you know, Campania region is also famous for its Limoncello and the terraced gardens and groves along most of the Amalfi coast are dotted with lemon trees. Our last stop will be a typical “Masseria” where you will enjoy a Limoncello making lesson, followed by a tasting of marmalade, cheese and, of course, Limoncello!
